Questi termini regolano il rapporto tra te e Dario George Perotto, che opera come Pirumsoft ("noi") per l'uso di Pecuniae: l'app per iPhone, il sito pecuniae.pirumsoft.com e l'account che li collega (insieme, "il servizio"). Creando un account li accetti. Come trattiamo i tuoi dati lo spiega l'informativa sulla privacy.

In breve

• Pecuniae ti aiuta a registrare e organizzare i tuoi soldi. Non dà consulenza finanziaria, fiscale o sugli investimenti.
• Il piano gratuito non costa nulla. Plus è un abbonamento mensile acquistato e addebitato tramite Apple, che si rinnova finché non lo annulli.
• I tuoi dati restano tuoi: puoi esportarli ed eliminare l'account quando vuoi.
• Pecuniae è un servizio agli inizi: lo curiamo con attenzione, ma non possiamo garantire che sia sempre disponibile.
• Questi termini non tolgono nessuno dei diritti che la legge del paese in cui vivi ti riconosce come consumatore.

Che cos'è Pecuniae

• Ti permette di registrare entrate e uscite, organizzarle in categorie e budget e importarle da file CSV. Con Plus aggiunge patrimonio, pagamenti ricorrenti, previsioni a 12 mesi, spese condivise tra due persone e riepiloghi mensili.
• Non si collega alla tua banca, non sposta denaro e non dà consulenza finanziaria, fiscale, legale o sugli investimenti. Totali, suggerimenti e previsioni sono calcolati da ciò che inserisci e importi: controllali prima di farci affidamento.

Il tuo account

• Per usare Pecuniae devi avere almeno 16 anni.
• Usa un indirizzo email che controlli e tieni per te la password. Se pensi che qualcun altro usi il tuo account, cambia la password e scrivici.
• Un account il cui indirizzo email non viene mai confermato è eliminato 7 giorni dopo la registrazione.

Spazio condiviso

• Puoi collegare il tuo account a quello di un'altra persona con un codice d'invito. I due account devono usare la stessa valuta.
• Finché Plus è attivo, ciascuno vede i dati dell'altro nelle viste condivise, note comprese, ma può modificare solo i propri.
• Ciascuno può uscire in qualsiasi momento: il collegamento termina per entrambi e ognuno conserva i propri dati.
• Invia un invito solo a chi se lo aspetta: il codice arriva all'indirizzo che indichi.

Plus

• Plus è un abbonamento mensile a rinnovo automatico che acquisti nell'app per iPhone con il tuo Account Apple. Il prezzo è indicato nell'app prima dell'acquisto. Il sito non lo vende.
• Si rinnova automaticamente finché non lo annulli. Apple addebita ogni nuovo periodo al massimo 24 ore prima che inizi: per non pagare il successivo, annulla almeno un giorno prima della data di rinnovo.
• Lo annulli dalle impostazioni degli abbonamenti del tuo Account Apple, che puoi aprire anche dall'app (Altro › Piani › Gestisci l'abbonamento); ecco le istruzioni di Apple. Dopo l'annullamento Plus resta attivo fino alla fine del periodo già pagato.
• I rimborsi li gestisce Apple, non noi: puoi chiederli su reportaproblem.apple.com (istruzioni di Apple). Nell'UE, i termini di Apple prevedono anche il diritto di recedere dalla sottoscrizione iniziale di un abbonamento entro 14 giorni dalla ricevuta, da esercitare presso Apple.
• Un abbonamento vale per entrambe le persone di uno spazio condiviso.
• Se Apple rimborsa o revoca l'acquisto, Plus termina. Quando Plus termina i tuoi dati restano e mantieni le funzioni gratuite, compresi il tuo registro personale e l'esportazione dei dati.
• Eliminare l'account non annulla l'abbonamento: annullalo presso Apple.
• Gli aumenti di prezzo per chi è già abbonato li gestisce Apple, che ti avvisa in anticipo come indicano i suoi termini.

Uso consentito

Non usare Pecuniae per violare la legge. Non cercare di accedere ad account o dati altrui, di mettere alla prova o sovraccaricare i nostri sistemi senza il nostro permesso scritto, né di aggirare limiti e funzioni a pagamento. Non caricare file dannosi e non usare gli inviti per mandare email indesiderate. Possiamo sospendere un account che lo fa.

I tuoi dati

• Quello che inserisci resta tuo. Ci autorizzi a conservarlo e trattarlo solo per fornirti il servizio, come descritto nell'informativa sulla privacy.
• Puoi esportarlo per intero in qualsiasi momento, in un file ZIP con file CSV e JSON, ed eliminare l'account dall'app, dal sito o scrivendoci.
• Tieni una tua copia di ciò che conta: esporta i dati di tanto in tanto.

Disponibilità e modifiche al servizio

• Pecuniae funziona su un'infrastruttura modesta e può interrompersi per manutenzione, aggiornamenti o guasti. Non garantiamo un livello minimo di disponibilità.
• Possiamo modificare o togliere funzioni per motivi validi, come la sicurezza, obblighi di legge, il buon funzionamento o il miglioramento del servizio. Se una modifica riduce in modo significativo ciò che Plus ti offre, ti avvisiamo almeno 30 giorni prima e puoi annullare l'abbonamento.
• Se decidiamo di chiudere Pecuniae, ti avvisiamo almeno 30 giorni prima, così puoi esportare i tuoi dati.

Modifiche a questi termini

Possiamo aggiornare questi termini quando cambiano il servizio o la legge. La nuova versione sarà pubblicata a questo indirizzo con la data; se una modifica ti riguarda in modo significativo, ti avvisiamo almeno 30 giorni prima che si applichi. Se non sei d'accordo, puoi smettere di usare Pecuniae ed eliminare l'account.

Responsabilità

• Forniamo Pecuniae con cura, ma può contenere errori e non garantiamo che sia sempre disponibile.
• Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non rispondiamo di danni indiretti o consequenziali, né delle decisioni che prendi in base alle cifre mostrate dal servizio.
• Non escludiamo né limitiamo la nostra responsabilità per danni causati con dolo o colpa grave, per morte o lesioni personali, né in ogni altro caso in cui la legge non lo consente.
• Se sei un consumatore, questi termini non limitano i diritti che la legge del tuo paese ti riconosce e a cui non si può rinunciare per contratto, come i rimedi previsti quando un servizio digitale non è conforme. Una clausola che li limitasse non si applica a te.

Fine del rapporto

• Puoi smettere quando vuoi eliminando l'account; questo non annulla un abbonamento Plus, che annulli presso Apple.
• Possiamo sospendere o chiudere un account che viola questi termini in modo grave o ripetuto, oppure quando la legge lo impone. Salvo urgenze, per esempio di sicurezza, ti avvisiamo prima e ti lasciamo il tempo di esportare i dati.
• Se la sospensione non è urgente, ti avvisiamo con almeno 14 giorni di anticipo. Finché un account è sospeso, nessuno può accedervi, né dall'app né dal sito. I suoi dati restano conservati: scrivici per riceverne una copia o per far eliminare l'account. Se fai parte di uno spazio condiviso, l'altra persona continua a vedere i tuoi dati nelle viste condivise. Plus continua a rinnovarsi finché non lo annulli presso Apple.
• Quando un account viene chiuso, i suoi dati sono eliminati come spiega l'informativa sulla privacy.

Apple e l'app per iPhone

• L'uso dell'app per iPhone è regolato anche dal contratto di licenza standard di Apple per le app (Licensed Application End User License Agreement). Questi termini regolano il tuo account Pecuniae e il servizio.
• Per assistenza su Pecuniae scrivi a noi; per pagamenti e rimborsi rivolgiti ad Apple.

Legge applicabile e controversie

• Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore, conservi comunque la protezione delle norme inderogabili del paese in cui vivi abitualmente.
• Se sei un consumatore residente nell'UE, puoi agire davanti ai giudici del luogo in cui vivi, e noi possiamo agire contro di te solo davanti ai giudici del tuo paese.
• Prima di rivolgerti a un giudice, scrivici: proveremo a risolvere il problema.

These terms govern the relationship between you and Dario George Perotto, trading as Pirumsoft ("we") for using Pecuniae: the iPhone app, the website pecuniae.pirumsoft.com and the account behind them (together, "the service"). By creating an account you accept them. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.

In short

• Pecuniae helps you record and organise your money. It gives no financial, tax or investment advice.
• The free plan costs nothing. Plus is a monthly subscription bought and billed through Apple, renewing until you cancel it.
• Your data stays yours: you can export it and delete your account whenever you like.
• Pecuniae is a service in its early days: we look after it with care, but we can't promise it will always be available.
• These terms take away none of the rights the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer.

What Pecuniae is

• It lets you record income and expenses, organise them in categories and budgets, and import them from CSV files. With Plus it adds net worth, recurring payments, a 12-month outlook, shared costs for two people and monthly reviews.
• It doesn't connect to your bank, doesn't move money and gives no financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Totals, suggestions and projections are calculated from what you enter and import: check them before relying on them.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Pecuniae.
• Use an email address you check, and keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else is using your account, change your password and write to us.
• An account whose email address is never confirmed is deleted 7 days after sign-up.

Shared household

• You can pair your account with one other person's using an invitation code. Both accounts must use the same currency.
• While Plus is active, each of you sees the other's records in the shared views, notes included, but can change only your own.
• Either of you can leave at any time: the pairing ends for both, and each keeps their own records.
• Only invite someone who expects it: the code goes to the address you enter.

Plus

• Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription you buy in the iPhone app with your Apple Account. The price is shown in the app before you buy. The website doesn't sell it.
• It renews automatically until you cancel it. Apple charges each new period no more than 24 hours before it starts, so to avoid paying for the next one, cancel at least a day before the renewal date.
• You cancel in your Apple Account's subscription settings, which you can also open from the app (More › Plans › Manage subscription); see Apple's instructions. After you cancel, Plus stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple's instructions). In the EU, Apple's terms also give you the right to withdraw from the initial subscription within 14 days of the receipt, with Apple.
• One subscription covers both people in a shared household.
• If Apple refunds or revokes the purchase, Plus ends. When Plus ends, your records stay and you keep the free features, including your personal ledger and the data export.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel the subscription: cancel it with Apple.
• Price increases for existing subscribers are handled by Apple, which tells you in advance as its terms describe.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pecuniae to break the law. Don't try to access other people's accounts or data, to test or overload our systems without our written permission, or to get around limits and paid features. Don't upload harmful files, and don't use invitations to send unwanted email. We may suspend an account that does.

Your data

• What you enter stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service, as the privacy policy describes.
• You can export all of it at any time, as a ZIP file of CSV and JSON files, and delete your account in the app, on the website or by writing to us.
• Keep your own copy of what matters: export your data from time to time.

Availability and changes to the service

• Pecuniae runs on modest infrastructure and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or faults. We don't guarantee any level of availability.
• We may change or remove features for valid reasons, such as security, legal requirements, keeping the service working or improving it. If a change significantly reduces what Plus gives you, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel your subscription.
• If we decide to close Pecuniae, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, so you can export your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The new version will be published at this address with its date; if a change affects you significantly, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can stop using Pecuniae and delete your account.

Liability

• We provide Pecuniae with care, but it may contain errors and we don't guarantee it will always be available.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the figures the service shows.
• We don't exclude or limit our liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or in any other case where the law doesn't allow it.
• If you are a consumer, these terms don't limit the rights the law of your country gives you that can't be waived by contract, such as your remedies when a digital service doesn't conform. A clause that would limit them doesn't apply to you.

Ending the agreement

• You can stop whenever you like by deleting your account; this doesn't cancel a Plus subscription, which you cancel with Apple.
• We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Unless it's urgent, for example for security, we'll tell you first and give you time to export your data.
• If a suspension isn't urgent, we'll tell you at least 14 days in advance. While an account is suspended, nobody can sign in to it, in the app or on the website. Its data is kept: write to us for a copy or to have the account deleted. If you share a household, the other person still sees your records in the shared views. Plus keeps renewing until you cancel it with Apple.
• When an account is closed, its data is deleted as the privacy policy explains.

Apple and the iPhone app

• Your use of the iPhone app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms govern your Pecuniae account and the service.
• For help with Pecuniae, write to us; for payments and refunds, contact Apple.

Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually live.
• If you are a consumer living in the EU, you can bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live, and we can bring a claim against you only in the courts of your country.
• Before going to court, write to us: we'll try to solve the problem.
